Her role has been particularly impactful in the state of Colorado, where she dedicated a substantial portion of her career to developing and refining training curricula—shaping the knowledge and skills of industry professionals and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Outside of their cannabis endeavors, Stephanie is a passionate advocate for holistic well-being. When She’s not immersed in the world of cannabis, you’ll find her exploring their other passions, which include travel, yoga, and meditation.

Adam Young
VP – Client Services and Administration
Adam Young blends extensive experience in nonprofit administration and patient advocacy with a caregiver’s compassion to advance the cannabis industry. As Vice President of Client Services and Administration at Aspen Green, he spearheads strategic initiatives prioritizing exceptional client satisfaction and seamless business operations. With a knack for enhancing client experiences and refining administrative processes, Adam is dedicated to driving results that ensure lasting success for the business and its customers.
A committed advocate for cannabis law reform, Adam has volunteered extensively with organizations championing cannabis policy and criminal justice reform. His passion deepened in 2012 when his mother’s cancer diagnosis allowed him to be her primary caregiver, then revealing the profound benefits of cannabinoid therapies on her quality of life. Outside of work, Adam is an avid hiker and adventurer, drawing inspiration from the great outdoors.
